I think CV (curriculum vitae) is one of the greatest weapon that every employee should have in their hands when they're about to applying jobs.
CV helps us to represent ourself before we get a chance to meet the employer in person.

The content itself is undeniably important for it is showcasing our short introduction, skill, and working experience. BUT even if your skill and working experience is beyond fantastic, when your CV is a usual word document, it would be dull.
